SPRING HALF MARATHON GROUP

RHODE ISLAND HALF MARATHON

MYSTRYDE Train is partnering with Marathon Sports to bring a new format large group training program based around the Rhode Island Half marathon on May 18th. Choose from 7 different training plans designed to fit all levels, from beginner to advanced. Training plans will be hosted digitally on the V.02 App, with options to sync your workouts directly from the training plan onto your watch.

In addition to the training plan, athletes will be armed with a community of runners to keep them motivated and accountable. Starting with a kick off event to meet the group coaches and other runners in the program, we will keep the camaraderie going with weekly training runs alternating out of our Boston area training hubs, with additional group runs in Providence.

On race day, you’ll be ready to rock with a race entry included, an On Running race kit, and a VIP pre and post race tent experience.

TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES

  • 11 Week Training Plan for Half Marathon

    • Choose from the following self executed training plan:

      • 3x running per week (beginner, intermediate, advanced)

      • 4x running per week (beginner, intermediate, advanced)

      • 5x running per week (advanced only)

  • Training calendar hosted V.02 training platform with option to upload training to a watch

  • Weekly group training runs alternating between our 2 Boston area training hubs — MYSTRYDE Charlestown & Marathon Sports Cambridge

  • Additional group training runs from Marathon Sports Providence
