FEBRUARY GROUP RUN

Join us for our monthly group run on Saturday February 15th!

As always we’ll offer a 6 mile loop, and a longer loop for those training for longer races. Sign up for free on our Charlestown schedule. In addition to the run, we’ll offer:

  • Pacers for 8, 9, and 10 min per mile runners

  • Post run coffee, hot chocolate, bananas and snacks.

  • Our physical Therapist partner, the RUNRX will provide short complimentary active release sessions and injury consultations
