As always we’ll offer a 6 mile loop, and a longer loop for those training for longer races. Sign up for free on our Charlestown schedule. In addition to the run, we’ll offer:
Pacers for 8, 9, and 10 min per mile runners
Post run coffee, hot chocolate, bananas and snacks.
Our physical Therapist partner, the RUNRX will provide short complimentary active release sessions and injury consultations
