If you are interested in becoming an instructor and have group fitness experience, please click below to see the full job description and apply online. MYSTRYDE typically runs Instructor Training Programs in the fall of each year, but off-cycle training programs are possible.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Not all applicants will be asked to audition for the program. Availability, experience, and MYSTRYDE knowledge will all be factors in determining who is asked to audition. Taking classes is the best way to familiarize yourself.

• Not everyone who auditions will be asked to join the training program.

• You must have the ability to teach 3-4 classes per week and weekend availability is required.

• MYSTRYDE instructor training is extremely fun and rewarding. It takes a lot of work, time and commitment to be able to teach a great class. As such, you can expect to this training program to be a minimum of 40 programmed hours over the course of 6-8 weeks. Practice outside of scheduled meeting times will be necessary.

• At MYSTRYDE, we ensure that you get the best training possible. Trainees have Lead Instructors and owners involved in instructor training to help you get on the mic as fast as possible. Instructor training does have a cost that will be communicated based on number of trainees during training.

  • We NEVER want cost to come in the way of becoming a great instructor. If cost is prohibitive, please apply anyway and we will make arrangements.
