As always, we are hosting a group run of the month. This month, the run will be held from our Charlestown studio. Choose from a 6 mile or a 20 mile option (hello Marathoners!). Our 20 mile run will make a pitstop at the Brookline Marathon sports to refuel.
The run includes pacers for 8,9,10 and 11 min/mile runners, as well as snacks, refreshments and post run treatments from the RUNRX physical therapy.
