No cell phone use in the tread room. If you need to have your phone due to a specific circumstance, please let your instructor know.
Please wipe down your equipment after class and re-rack your weights

WAITLIST POLICY
Our waitlists are designed to help you get into class when it’s full
If you sign up for the waitlist, it means you would like to be bumped into class if a spot opens
If a spot opens, you will be notified via email. You can also check your waitlist status on our app or website under your account.
If you are bumped into class from the waitlist, this means you are now reserved for class. If you do not show up or cancel, you are subject to our cancellation policies below.
If you are on the waitlist, and no longer want to be bumped in class, simply remove yourself from the waitlist at any time with no penalty
You can be automatically bumped into the class from the waitlist up to 30 minutes before class. If a spot opens up with less than 30 minutes prior to class, our front desk will do their best to notify you via a text or phone call, but if you can’t make it due to short notice you will not be penalized.
ALWAYS feel free to come to class even if you’re on the waitlist and hope that someone doesn’t show up (it happens often!). You can also call before class to see if anything has opened if you’d like to double check.
LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW POLICY
With limited space, we ask that you please cancel your class prior to 10 hours before class.
If you cancel within 10 hours of class, you are subject to lose your class credit, as well as a $10 late cancel fee
If you do not show up to class, you are subject to lose your class credit, as well as a $15 no show fee
We understand we have a strict cancellation policy, however with only 15 treadmills, we often have a waitlist. If you late cancel or don’t show up, then the person on the waitlist likely can’t come to class, and we are left with empty treadmills despite having a long waitlist of people hoping to get to class.
If there is an emergency and you need to late cancel, please call ahead or email info@mystryde.com and we will give you the credit back and only charge you the late cancel fee of $10.
